Top 10 most frequently asked questions

Most of our clients have a lot of questions about the home repair process. In order to start serving you with professionalism and integrity, we have gathered together the top 10 most asked questions.

1. Where is your company based out of?

   We are based out of Concord, North Carolina.  We serve Cabarrus County, and most surrounding counties.  

2. Are you insured?

   Yes, we are a fully insured LLC.  We will provide our certificate of insurance upon request.  

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

   We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash, digital payments, money orders and cashier’s checks.  

4. Do you work on commercial property?

   Yes, we do!  Do you need the lobby painted in your dentist office, or some shelving installed in your restaurant?  Give us a call!

5. Do you provide free estimates?

   Yes, we do provide free estimates for nearly all services.  In depth consultations for larger projects may encounter a consultation fee.  If the estimate is accepted, your consultation fee would be applied towards your final invoice. 

6. How does the estimate process work?

   In many cases, we can provide an estimate without the need to visit your home or business.  We would speak with you to gather information about your project, and view any photos that you have.  More complex projects may require an in-person visit, which we would be able to schedule with you.  

7. What kind of work do you do?

   We specialize in a wide-range of projects that range from small home repair tasks, to larger remodeling projects.  Please visit our services page for some examples of the types of projects that we can help you with.   

8. Do I have to worry about contracting with electricians, plumbers, or carpenters ?

   Any work that requires a specialty license will be contracted out.  In most cases, you will have the option of using someone that you know, or allowing us to find the right person for the job.  Whoever performs the work must be licensed and insured.    

9. Do you provide a warranty on your work?

   We do provide a warranty on any work that we perform.

10. How many years of handyman experience do you have?
